Sharpie Accent Liquid Highlighter Tip

I almost forgot hat I had these Sharpie Accent Liquid Highlighters that I bought a few weeks ago, so I figured I should get this review written up already.  I picked up just the yellow version from Amazon, but they also have a 5 pack of these that comes with pink, yellow, orange, blue, and green . … [Read more...]

Sharpie Liquid Pencil Review

The Sharpie Liquid Pencil

When I first heard about the Sharpie Liquid Pencil (via Amazon), I was excited to get my hands on one and try it out because I've come to expect great things from Sharpie and Newell Rubbermaid (ie. Stainless Steel Sharpie, Sharpie Pens, and the self rotating, always sharp Uniball Kuru Toga Mechanical Pencil) and their new products.  Lucky for me, the kind folks over at Sharpie helped me to get my hands on one of these a little bit early so I could do a … [Read more...]

The Sharpie Pen Grip – Evolution of the Sharpie Pen

Comparison of the Sharpie Pen grip sections

The Sharpie Pen Grip is a new version of the Sharpie Pen that seems to have taken a bit of the original Sharpie Pen and a bit of the Retractable Sharpie Pen to create a hybrid that seems to address some of the feedback and issues that people had with those previous versions.  Hopefully this review and the pictures will help you determine if this is the holy grail of Sharpie Pen for you, or if you would rather stick to one of the previous versions. … [Read more...]

Retractable Sharpie Pen Review

The Sharpie Pen Retractable

It was not that long ago that I reviewed the Sharpie Pen which I really liked, and it seems to be a pretty popular pen based on the other reviews and feedback Ive seen from other people that appreciate unique office supplies.  The new Sharpie Retractable Pen takes the previous version and makes a few changes in addition to just being retractable.  Before getting started with the review though, I just wanted to thank the folks at Sharpie for providing me … [Read more...]

There are lots of reviews out there of The Sharpie Pen and I have been writing with mine for a while now.  I don't know why but I never got around to writing up my Sharpie Pen review until now.  They come in fine point in red, blue, black and green and are available at most stores that I have visited.  Amazon has the assorted color packs available in both a 4 pack and 14 pack.  There is also a 4 pack of black only available, and both Staples and OfficeMax … [Read more...]

How to Keep Well Informed on the World of Office Supplies

I've recently realized that Twitter really is a great resource for finding info and meeting people related to the world of office supplies, or any other topic that you are interested in. You can find everything from other bloggers who write about the topic to people who work for some of the companies that make the products we all love, to representatives of retail stores that we buy from. Having the chance to connect with some of these people on Twitter … [Read more...]

Students damaged psychologically by pens!

Red pens are upsetting, do not look directly at the red pens.

What a horrible horrible thing to have happened. If you have not read this story yet, you should. It seems that for years now teachers have been inflicting intense irreversible psychological harm to their students, and thankfully now someone is stepping in and trying to put an end to it.  We must stop students damaged psychologically by pens. After reading that article, I think it is my duty to post some of my favorite red pens with a quick pen review … [Read more...]

-The Pen Addict has a great list up of his top 10 pen reviews for 2008. I'm looking forward to seeing what great stuff he has in store for us in 2009. -This interesting video appears to be some sort of advertisement (although it seems long for that) for Pilot Pens. It shows what looks like their entire product line that Pilot offers, and some of the footage shows the assembly line so you can see how some of the pens are made. -Using a Sharpie for a … [Read more...]
