I actually have 3 of these signature notebooks, and they're actually some of my new favorites after playing with lots of others. Here in East Asia, they're quite a bit cheaper than Moleskines and Habanas, and I think I like the paper as much as or more than any other notebook I own. I find them to be much more pleasant for gel pen and pencil than Ciak or Cartesio, and on par with the Habana.

I was leery about them at first since I hadn't heard of Daycraft and they have a pretty wide assortment of products, and I'm cautious about Chinese product quality in general, but I'm glad I decided to try them out. They're pretty stylish too.

The Gray/Blue and Aqua/Orange combo are my favorite, but the Black/Brown is pretty elegant too. You can see the edge/cover combos pretty nicely on their website, or even in my little pencil snapshot:

@Gentian - That is awesome that you managed to get a few as well, let us know once you get your review done, Id love to read your thoughts on them!

@RedPiano - I did review the Lamy, and Im in agreement with you on the Levenger, probably the only item of theirs that I wasnt totally satisfied with. Here is the Lamy Safari review

I really like the writing from the Lamy best (the Levenger looked to be a Total disappointment!)

Did you ever review the Lamy pen?

I got some of their sketchbooks and planners as samples too! I think they are really nice and well made. I'm impressed with them. Hopefully I'll review mine soon. :)
