Debi, the pages that come with the notebooks are very sturdy in terms of being able to pull them out and put them back in multiple times.

I’ve never had them come out when I didn’t want them to, and frankly could not imagine that happening unless you really threw or moved the notebook violently…which is not recommended. :)

When I post the second part of the review this weekend, I’ll try to add some video so you can see me moving the pages around.</description>

I&#039;d be interested to know how the actual paper holds up to pulling pages out and putting them back in.  Do they come out easily (ie: come out when you don&#039;t really want them to), or are they pretty secure?</description>
