Pelikan Tradition 200 and Pelikan Edelstein Ink
Today we wrap up Giveaway week on day 5 with a little help from our friends over at Goldspot.com. With today’s giveaway, you have the opportunity to win a Pelikan Tradition 200 Black GT Fountain Pen (your choice of F,M or B nib size) and your choice of any color (Mandarin Orange, Ruby Red, Adventurine Green, Jade, Topaz Blue, Sapphire, or Onyx Black) of Pelikan’s Premium Edelstein Fountain Pen Ink. These are two of my personal favorites, so I’m thrilled to be able to offer them up to one of our readers.
Here are the rules and details so you can go ahead and enter:
- Contest is open to US residents only
- Each person will have up to 3 ways to enter the contest
- Winner will be selected by using the random # generator at Random.org
- Each entry method requires a separate comment, do not combine your entries into one comment
- You will have until 9:59 PM Eastern on Thursday December 20th to complete your entries
- All winners names will be announced here on the site (nowhere else) on Friday, December 21st
- The winners will have one week from the time of the announcement to claim their prize

I love the look of that pen
Wow. Talk about a grand finale to the week! I’ve been eyeing that pen, but even though it’s probably worth the price, my budget won’t allow it right now (I adore my $20 Esterbrook SJ, so it’s not like I’m fountain penless). The Pelikan has such a classical, professional look, I’ve been wanting to try a pen with a plunger. This is one of the most amazing giveaways I’ve ever seen! Even the ink bottle looks sophisticated.

Great idea. Edelstein Aventurine looks great on holiday cards I think.
That is a sexy and sophisticated looking pen. I have one of the M205 highlighters with an F nib rather than the BB that is standard. It feels a little small in my hand compared to other pens, but that is a relative thing, not a criticism. I love writing with it using Noodler’s Apache Sunset. The ink looks really neat through the transparent pen body.

I already have a Pelikan Tradition M200 (but it’s the green marble, not all-black), but I would love to try that ink (in black, of course)–I just could never bring myself to pay $35 for a bottle of ink, which seems ridiculous, when you consider that the pen cost several times what that ink would have cost me…
I will admit that I already have a Pelikan Tradition M200 (the green marble one), with a fine nib–I love that pen, and wouldn’t mind having another, but I’ve never tried the Edelstein ink–it’s been strictly 4001 Brilliant Black for the two Pelikans I have (both Traditions, one the M200 I just mentioned and the other an M215, both of which are my absolute favorite pens to write with)!
