@Monica – I am also looking forward to the OXO Good Grips writing tools, Im sure they will be quite comfortable to write with. Ill do my best to get some to review here.

I will admit I don’t use binder clips much, but I do feel the pressure you are talking about. And that would be very painful if I had to do it four hundred times. Lol I always love office supplies that looks “different” than the norm. And I say these have a cool design. I got a can opener from oxo and it’s supposed to be painless opening. It is! Their products are pretty awesome. I can’t wait for the OXO pens/highlighters/markers to come out!

@Sue – I should have clarified or given some more detail. Back a long time ago at my first job out of school, I had to binder clip a bunch of 50 page price lists together….it was somewhere in the neighborhood of a 400+….once every quarter. If you are just using these 2-3 at a time here and there, yeah, you probably wouldnt have much of an issue.

Hmm. I get the comfort thing and that the OXO design is better designed in terms of pressure distribution. But, I can’t say I’ve ever felt the pressure of removing or adding binder clips to a stack of papers to be overly taxing to my finger tips. For the money, I’d probably use the “bare bones original” binder clip and spend the extra money on one of OXO’s other cool products, like the neat little box for holding and dispensing push pins. Now that’s a design that could save some pain.
