The Quo Vadis Scholar and Minister Planners

The Quo Vadis Scholar and Minister Planners

These Quo Vadis Scholar and Minister Planners were sent to me by good friend of the blog, Karen from Exaclair.  I thought that since I already have one planner that I use, I should be generous and offer all of the wonderful OfficeSupplyGeek readers out there a chance to win one of these great little planners, so check out the review, then see the instructions below for how you can win your own!

Each of these planners has a weekly layout that is arranged differently which you will see below shortly.  Some of the similarities between these nicely put together planners are that they each have a leather-like grain on their heavy cardstock covers, are made up of 88% recycled materials, 100% recycled paper and have heavy duty elastic closure straps.  Inside they each have perforated page corners to easily flip to the current week, and are FULL of extra reference pages for all kinds of useful information.  Each of these planners will also lay flat which always makes it easier to write in and to leave open in order to glance back at your information later.

The Quo Vadis Scholar Weekly Planner

The Quo Vadis Scholar Weekly Planner

The Scholar has its weekly layout in a familiar format that spaces all of the days out evenly with space to jot down any appropriate reminders, events, meetings, classes, or to do items.  Although the planner is a 12 month planner, it doesn’t run from Jan to December, it runs from July 2011 to July 2012.  The front and back of this planner has world maps and an annual two page calendar.

The Quo Vadis Minister Weekly Planner

The Quo Vadis Minister Weekly Planner

The Minister weekly planner is laid out with evenly spaced vertically oriented columns to represent each day of the week on two facing pages, and incorporates individual lines for each half hour of the day between 8AM and 9PM.  On the far right side of each page there are large boxes that allow you to categorize additional notes on things such as emails, phone calls, expenses and general notes.  The extra information pages in the front and back of this planner include world maps, time zone maps, an annual calendar, expense tracking lists, national holidays by country, average temperatures by country, and more.

How to Win!

1. You must be a US Resident

2. ONE entry per person

2. Complete your entries according by 10 PM eastern on Monday September 12th

3. Winners will be announced here on Tuesday September 13th

Thanks for the chance, I love Quo Vadis planners. :)

  • Kyle DeBeer

I’m a fan of the green color of the Scholar’s cover, but I think that I would prefer a planner cover in a dark brown or charcoal gray.  (And I also prefer the layout of the Minister to the layout of the Scholar.)

In general, I’d go with a more muted color, like black or dark grey, for use in an office setting.  Of the two you have here, though, the red is the one (interestingly enough) that grabs my attention.

    Ideal color: midnight blue, baby.

  • Ferret_mom56

  • Jen T.

    Navy would be nice!

I think a peach would be a peachy keen color for the scholar.

  • DaMacGuy

I would have picked a deep red color for the minister’s planner. The green on the student one doesn’t do anything for me, but maybe a darker forest green would be OK.

  • Mary Collis

Thinking fall…a burnt orange…like maple trees.

  • http://profiles.google.com/ginicooper Gini Cooper

I would love to have a Minister of my own and the ideal planner cover color is PURPLE, of course. I just made an awesome purple with the Mix-free inks, so then I’d be so coordinated that I couldn’t stand myself. :-) Thanks for sharing.

One of these with a black cover, especially if it could have white mutli- sized polka dots!

I like the green one… and the page layout of the scholar works for me.  But, a more subdued blue or grey also works for me a lot.

  • Marcus A.

I’d like to see one in “Chun-li blue.” I’m not sure if that’s an official color, but it should be.

  • Pensive

My ideal cover color for the Minister would be a dark peacock blue-green. That said, the red would also serve the purpose of making the planner easy to pick out among piles of desk paper.

  • http://profiles.google.com/kelly.marriott7 Kelly Marriott

Ideal colors would be sage green or a soft buttery yellow/gold.  Love the green on the scholar.
