I thought this would be the perfect time to review them to help celebrate the holiday with our Australian friends. … [Read more...]
O’BON Bagasse Notebook with Sugar Cane Paper
This environmentally friendly notebook was sent to me by O'BON a little while ago, and I've been a little slow in getting around to reviewing it. The unique thing about it is that the paper in it is made from sugar cane pulp which is also known as Bagasse. This green notebook can be found at the O'BON site here, along with many other green office supplies from them. … [Read more...]
Uniball Signo 207 Ink Drying Test
Recently I had a comment on my first Uniball Signo 207 review regarding the drying time for this ink on different papers. When I went back and looked at the review, I realized that I never did any kind of test to see how quickly these pens dry. So Luis, here is an update to take a look at the Signo 207 on some different paper. … [Read more...]
Kokuyo Work Support Notebook with Pen Holder
The Kokuyo Work Support Notebook with Elastic Pen Holder looked like a pretty unique notebook when I first saw it on the shelf at Maido. Plenty of notebooks have an elastic strap to hold a pen for you, but usually on the edge somewhere....since this one has the strap built into the cover I figured Id buy it for myself and give it a try. … [Read more...]
Black n’ Red Notebook Ruled & Perforated
On my many trips to Staples for office supplies, Ive always seen the Black n' Red notebook brand. I never really thought much of them so I always passed them up for something else. Pistachio Recycled Monogram Notebook
During my recent trip to DC, I stopped in a Barnes & Noble to escape the awful heat, and I came across a great little notebook that I had not seen in any of the usual office supply stores to review. I was hesitant to buy it because I was skeptical of buying a brand that I never saw before, but I am glad I picked it up, it was the Pistachio Recycled Monogram Notebook. … [Read more...]
Whitelines A4 Wired Graph Paper Notebook Review
The Whitelines brand of notebooks offer a unique design that I have not seen with other notebooks or stationery in general. The Whitelines paper itself has a very soft gray color to it, and the lines are actually pure white, so it is basically the opposite of any white paper that you may have seen that has gray lines. There are a lot of other unique things about the Whitelines notebook (via Amazon.com) with graph paper, so let me get into today's new … [Read more...]
Clairefontaine Wirebound Notebook Review
Back when I got my free samples of J. Herbin Ink from Karen over at the Quo Vadis Blog, she also sent me over two very nice notebooks. One of them was this Clairefontaine wirebound one subject, 90 page notebook. This was my first time using the Clairefontaine paper, and I was very pleased with its performance. You can usually find these notebooks for about $5.00 - $6.00 at your favorite stationary stores such as The Daily Planner. The notebook … [Read more...]
